The Learning Awards 2022 Finalists Announced

Learning NewsLPI (Learning and Performance Institute)

The LPI (Learning and Performance Institute) is proud to announce the finalists for the 2022 LEARNING AWARDS, the learning sector’s annual celebration of outstanding achievement, best practice and excellence in corporate learning and performance.

Finalists for the 2022 LEARNING AWARDS, representing the highest achieving individuals and organisations in the field of learning and development, were announced today by the LPI. Debuting two new categories for 2022 – the Learning Culture of the Year award and the Learning Giveback Award - the 20 awards categories received a record number of submissions from around the globe, from leading international brands to emerging start-ups. All the shortlisted finalists have been selected due to their demonstration of innovation, exceptional performance and contribution to the learning profession.

The shortlisted entries will now progress to the judging stage, where panels of three independent industry experts will evaluate each entry and decide the ultimate winners. The new Learning Giveback award will be decided by public vote, with a voting opening in November.

Speaking about the Learning Awards, the LPI's CEO, Edmund Monk, said: “The stature and prestige of The Learning Awards is unrivalled. From those shortlisted to the eventual winners, we find time and again that the experience of being involved with the Awards opens the door for life-changing opportunities, as companies and individuals are often sought out for their experience and innovation.”

“I’m particularly delighted to see that the total number of submissions has, once again, beaten all previous years – a sure sign that the global L&D industry continues to prevail against recent challenges. Not only have we seen our largest number of entries but also the depth and quality of submissions has continued to rise. I find it extremely gratifying to discover how each individual or organisation has uniquely approached workplace learning, and how they have all found new ways to drive performance within business.”

“I’d like to offer my congratulations to all the Finalists and look forward to meeting them personally at the Marriott Grosvenor House London on the 17th February 2022.”
