TUI and Network Rail to Showcase Multi-Device Induction Elearning with City & Guilds Kineo at Learning Technologies 2014
TUI and Network Rail are two organisations who’ve made a move to multi-device access to induction elearning, in partnership with City & Guilds Kineo, Elearning Company of the Year. At the Learning Technologies Conference they will showcase their approach, in a seminar on Wednesday January 29 at 11:45 am. Held at Olympia 2, London over two days in January, Learning Technologies is Europe's leading showcase of technology supported workplace learning.
Induction is one chance to make a great first impression with new joiners. Working towards goals of delivering a more intuitive and effective induction experience for both Network Rail and TUI, City & Guilds Kineo aimed at embedding product knowledge and offering a more blended learning experience for new starters, accessible from anywhere. This case study session will highlight a responsive, multi-device elearning approach to induction.
Abigail Pugh, (Distribution Training Manager, TUI) and Joe Armstrong, (Project Manager [e-learning], Network Rail) will explain the added value of induction before day 1, showing how to get new learners off to a great start.
Using live demos, the seminar will focus on:
- The DNA of effective induction – what should the first 100 days look like?
- Responsive multi-device elearning with Adapt, offering a single elearning vision
- The secret weapon in recruitment: Induction before day 1
Headline sponsors City & Guilds Kineo is featuring live displays and highlights of Adapt on stand #142 as well as Green Room offerings. A seminar guide is available and contains an extensive list of what’s available on both days. Learning Technologies 2014 - what City & Guilds Kineo are up to.
