Kallidus, a leading provider of learning and talent management solutions, has been rated once again as a Core Leader in Fosway’s 2018 9-Grid™ model for Digital Learning and a Core Challenger in the Learning Systems grid for its next-generation LMS, Kallidus Learn.

Fosway Group is Europe’s #1 HR and learning analyst. The 2018 Fosway 9-Grids™ for Learning Systems and Digital Learning provide the only independent view of the learning technology markets in Europe by ranking companies for performance, potential, market presence, total cost of ownership and future trajectory.

The Fosway 9-Grid™ for Learning Systems highlights that the main corporate LMS players are not always winning the race, especially when user experience (UX) is more than often becoming a driver behind selection. This year, Kallidus (winners of the UXUK awards for best learning experience) has moved across the Core Challenger grid by continuing to respond to this trend and by putting the learner at the heart of every interaction with its re-invented Learning Management System, Kallidus Learn.

Rob Caul, CEO of Kallidus said: “Our philosophy is to offer simple, fast and effective solutions to customers and we are delighted that our ability to provide what customers need and want for enabling a modern learning experience is recognised in the latest Fosway 9-Grid™ models. We’ve strengthened our position on both grids this year with our strong performance, growing base of happy customers and our ability to continue to innovate in a competitive marketplace.”

Kallidus has also strengthened its position as a Core Leader in Fosway’s 2018 9-Grid™ model for Digital Learning with a move further to the right of the quadrant. The report shows that customers’ expectations of digital learning are growing. Creativity and new design thinking remain critical for buyers with video rapidly becoming the media of choice in digital learning.

“Our bespoke learning content business continues to go from strength to strength through our focus on good learning design to drive engagement, behavioural change and high customer satisfaction scores across the board. We are delighted that our work continues to make a huge impact for our customers,” added Toby White, Head of Digital Content Sales at Kallidus.
