Kallidus, an award-winning provider of learning and talent management solutions, has been shortlisted for two Learning Technologies Awards: Excellence in the Design of Learning Content in partnership with McDonald’s, and Learning Technologies Company of the Year.

The awards recognise and reward outstanding learning design and implementation and are the leading independently judged scheme in the industry.

Said Rob Caul, CEO of Kallidus: “We’re delighted to be chosen as a finalist once again this year for the quality of our work. Every year the competition gets tougher, reflecting the innovation and impact that today’s solutions are making across organisations.”

Kallidus and McDonald’s have been shortlisted for their immersive e-learning programme which has been designed to develop the skills of new shift managers leading for the first time. The learning supports wider efforts at McDonald’s to provide customers with a more personalised and modern customer experience. The training content combines powerful narrative, high-impact video and 3D animation to create a learning environment with real-life scenarios.

Tony Manwani, L&D Consultant at McDonald’s said: We are delighted to be seeing high levels of engagement with this training programme. We are seeing improvements across several of our restaurant procedures, no doubt aided by the inclusion of tangible real-life scenarios as part of this training programme.”

Kallidus has also been shortlisted for Learning Technologies Company of the Year having achieved great success this year working in partnership with world-class organisations to deliver transformational solutions. A delighted customer base, outstanding customer satisfaction and high Net Promoter scores are testaments to Kallidus’ success.

Over the last few years, Kallidus has won many highly-coveted industry awards for its creative, results-driven learning projects including a Best Learning Game award in partnership with TfL at last year’s Learning Technologies Awards.

The Kallidus team looks forward to this year’s winners being announced at the Learning Technologies Gala Evening on 29th November at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel in London, where over 800 guests from across the L&D sector are expected to attend.
