Kallidus will be showcasing Version 10 of its award winning Learning and Talent suite at stand 43 at Learning Technologies, 29-30 January 2014. Version 10 heralds the arrival of the Kallidus Mobile App enabling users of Kallidus Learning Management System (LMS) to learn anytime, anywhere and on the device of their choice.

Kallidus will also be demonstrating its innovative mobile learning content solutions and, following on from last year’s successful presentation on mastering mobile learning, CEO Rob Caul will be presenting a practical and thought-provoking seminar on ‘Mobile learning content strategies for success’. Rob’s seminar takes place 2.00pm–2.30pm on Wednesday 29th January in Theatre 1, and 11.30am–12.00pm on Thursday 30th January in Theatre 9.

Said Rob Caul, CEO of Kallidus: “Mobile learning has finally arrived and the challenge for organisations today is finding the best way to deliver maximum value. Learning Technologies is the ideal forum to share best practice tips for creating mobile learning content and for exploring what the future holds for this rapidly evolving learning technique.”

Mobile learning has risen dramatically during the past 12 months with the rapid growth of smartphones and tablets in the workplace and the trend towards bring your own device (BYOD) policies. It is now considered a mainstream learning technology with Towards Maturity’s 2013/2014 Benchmark Study showing an increase from 45% in 2012 to 71% in 2013.

Version 10 of the Kallidus Learning and Talent Suite is a modular software system which brings together learning, performance management, talent management and succession planning to help organisations develop talented people and improve business performance. In addition to the new Mobile App which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play, Version 10 includes many new features to enhance the delivery and management of learning and to improve performance reviews.

Now in its 15th Year, The Learning Technologies Exhibition and Conference is Europe's leading showcase of the technology used for learning at work and provides a wealth of content from the leading exhibitors in the field and a free seminar programme running in five theatres in the exhibition hall. The conference, running alongside the exhibition has expert sessions on learning technology, strategy and the issues facing L&D from some of the leading learning thinkers and visionaries in the industry.
