e2train reveals outstanding customer satisfaction scores at meeting of Kallidus User Group

Cirencester, UKLearning NewsKallidus

e2train, the UK's leading supplier of learning and performance technologies, announces the outstanding results of its annual customer survey. Unveiled at the recent meeting of the Kallidus User Group, the survey reveals high levels of satisfaction amongst its customers, in particular for its support and implementation services.

The results confirm e2train's position as a provider whose technologies meet customer demands and create effective solutions. The results also highlight e2train's excellent levels of customer support, with its learning and technical consultancy and support services scoring highly for their work with customers before, during and, most importantly, once they are up and running with the implementation of their learning solutions.

Timely delivery
With 100% of respondents currently utilising e2train's support services, it is critical to provide an effective, reliable facility that resolves queries quickly so customers can move on with their work. Many software providers' support is based overseas, but e2train's team is UK based with service hours to suit its customers. As a result, respondents confirmed that it is always easy to access a member of the e2train support team (86%) and that queries are always answered in a timely manner (87%). And the in-depth knowledge and expertise of the e2train team led to satisfaction scores of up to 94%. The performance of e2train's Professional Services is then confirmed with the implementation team earning scores of 87% overall.

Rob Caul, e2train Managing Director comments 'The whole team at e2train works extremely hard to provide our customers with first class products and services and we are delighted that the survey results reflect this. And with new software releases continuing apace and the imminent launch of our exciting new online support portal, we are keen to maintain these high levels of customer satisfaction.'

Kallidus User Group
The results were revealed at the latest meeting of the Kallidus User Group; a complementary group for users, and prospective users, of e2train's Kallidus Learning Suite. The group was formed in 2006 and enables the Kallidus user community to network and share knowledge amongst themselves, learning from each other as well as taking advantage of resources from e2train such as podcasts and whitepapers. In addition to Uncovered, the annual Kallidus user conference, the group holds more frequent and informal events throughout the year, including webinars and face-to-face meetings, as well as hosting an online community of learning resources and downloads, chat rooms and forums.
