Cirencester, UKLearning NewsKallidus

e2train, the UK's leading provider of learning and performance technology, announces a complimentary series of seminars for attendees of Learning Technologies 2007. The bite size, expert-led sessions will uncover how to create powerful e-learning, deliver it to the widest audience and most importantly, make it count, with e2train's solutions.

One of the seminars will be a demonstration of e2train's new software simulation and e-learning authoring tool, Kallidus Simulate. Other seminars will address e-learning issues such as managing training across numerous locations, subsidiaries and multi-lingual organisations and how to ensure learners actually complete their e-learning courses.

Seminar 1: Performance - Making learning count
Linking the performance review and development process to your learning management system (LMS) can provide powerful motivation for learners to complete e-learning and achieve their aims and objectives. This seminar reveals how performance software can aid course completion rates and above all, how to make your learning solutions count.

Seminar 2: Simulate - Rapidly create powerful software simulations
It has been well documented that the success of a major software implementation is directly related to the training provided. But too often, skilled workers are 'too busy' to attend or complain training is too generic. Discover how you can solve these problems by easily creating e-learning lessons and assessments from simula¬tions captured from your internal systems and work processes using e2train's new tool, Kallidus Simulate.

Seminar 3: The next generation of Learning Management System
New developments to Kallidus LMS have moved beyond basic training administration and reporting. Discover how your LMS can be customised and targeted specifically to the learner community within your organisation. Domains enable you to set up and view your training data according to your particular organisation's structure and can take into account multiple regions, countries and subsidiaries. Profiles then allow the look and feel of your LMS to be customised to target different individuals or groups of users.

Rob Caul, Managing Director of e2train comments, 'We are all very excited about Learning Technologies 2007. It is always great to have the opportunity to meet so many members of the training community but this year, with our complimentary seminars, we hope to deliver even more value, e-learning insight and training expertise back to the show's attendees.'

e2train's free e-learning seminars will be hosted at stand 15 throughout 31st January and 1st February at Learning Technologies 2007. For the full timetable, click here or contact [email protected] or 01285 883900 for further information.
