Halogen delivers greater selection of elearning courses, giving customers a convenient single point of contact for contracting, implementing and supporting learning and development programmes.

Halogen Software has expanded its strategic alliances programme with additional learning content partnerships that give customers a greater selection of courseware to support their unique learning and development needs.

Customers can license elearning courseware and special content bundles directly from Halogen, giving them a convenient single point of contact for contracting, implementing and supporting their learning and development programmes.

The pace of market change is driving more and more organisations to invest in learning solutions to stay competitive and help their workforces quickly adapt, learn and improve skills that differentiate their business. In fact, Bersin by Deloitte reports that companies with strong learning cultures are 92 percent more likely to innovate than those without.[1]

“Through these partnerships with some of the most renowned elearning content providers, we’re supporting a culture of learning for our customers, to help them develop, engage and retain their talent, stay competitive and improve performance,” says Donna Ronayne, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Halogen.

“Our clients can access learning bundles that cover a variety of skill development topics, and address a wide range of learning styles and preferences.”

Halogen’s elearning content partnership programme updates include:

  • A new partnership with Cegos, a global leader in corporate training and development, gives customers hundreds of elearning courses in 17 international languages.
  • Expanded Partnerships with ej4, Vado and 360training to give Halogen customers direct access to extensive catalogues of elearning courseware.
  • An extended partnership with Skillsoft providing Halogen customers ongoing single point access to industry-leading elearning courseware.

Accessible via the Halogen eLearning Manager™ module, Halogen customers can choose between traditional elearning courseware, short impactful video-based courses and video-guided units that enable employees to “learn by doing.”

“Our partnership and content integration means Halogen customers get quick access to Cegos award winning elearning courseware,” says Pascal Debordes, head of Cegos’ international partner network.

“This will help their managers create targeted development programmes that close skill gaps and support improved performance.”
