gtslearning has today launched a new introductory online course for the popular ITIL best practice framework. The new ITIL Lite Online course gives a complete overview of ITIL and complements gtslearning's existing printed courseware for ITIL.

The new 'ITIL Lite Online' course will provide corporate IT and non-IT staff with a high-level understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management and how it can be used to align IT services with business needs.

The course offers adopts the "Power Training" approach - intensive content delivered through the Internet with a typical completion time of under one hour. It provides students with full awareness of ITIL techniques in preparation for further ITIL training or implementation within their organization.

ITIL Lite Online complements gtslearning's existing printed courseware and titles for the service management standard.
