gtslearning launches new online "Power Training" course for corporate ITIL awareness

The new 'ITIL Lite Online' course will provide corporate IT and non-IT staff with a high-level understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management and how it can be used to align IT services with business needs.

The course offers adopts the "Power Training" approach - intensive content delivered through the Internet with a typical completion time of under one hour.
