Self-study with a difference; new e-reading service offers annual subscription to IT and soft skills learning content.

GTSLearning plc, a leading provider of IT courseware content, has today launched a new subscription-based online learning resource centre.

For £75 per annum, students can register and download content from the 300+ computing titles available in the gtslearning library, covering subjects such as CompTIA certifications, ECDL/ICDL, Microsoft MCSE certification and web development. The content may be read on the learner's local PC but may not be printed or edited.

The new service is likely to appeal to IT departments of organisations providing IT technical and desktop support, providing an easily accessible and 'just-in-time' reference tool. It will also appeal to learners who require access to high-quality learning materials, but may not have the financial resources to attend classroom training or buy expensive textbooks. It will also be beneficial to students who are preparing for IT certifications and require additional learning resources to help them achieve qualification.

Robin Adda, Managing Director of gtslearning plc said: "We see our new online learning resource centre as being of great benefit to both the IT professional in a corporate environment and the cost-conscious self study learner. By making selected courseware content available from this site, we can offer students access to as many courses as they want within a twelve month period".

"Learners are always looking for new ways to learn at a low cost and we are confident that gtslearning's online learning resource centre will help some of them enter the IT jobs market or enhance their careers."

Students can register for gtslearning's online learning resource centre and pay online through a secure server at www.gtslearning.com.
