GTSLearning launches complete self study solution for A+ certification
Fully integrated blend of content, assessments and live mentoring.
LONDON, ENGLAND – 16 April 2002 – GTSLearning plc, a leading provider of IT courseware content, has launched a new interactive self-study solution for CompTIA's A+ Certification.
Forming part of the gtslearning range of LearnIT self-study products, this new A+ Certification kit will help self-study students with little or no computer experience to prepare for the two A+ Certification exams. The package includes complete content for three courses: PC Fundamentals (gtslearning's unique A+ Certification primer for beginners), A+ Certification Hardware and A+ Certification Software, all presented in an easy-to-navigate style.
The course content is dynamically linked to further learning resources in the shape of fully interactive TBT modules (for hardware and software), the PC Guide support encyclopaedia and assessment tests. The package also includes a "Getting started with self study guide", comprehensive review tests and assessments, glossary plus hundreds of Internet links to useful support sites. LearnIT A+ Certification is available in two formats: CD ROM with Getting Started Guide; and CD ROM with Getting Started Guide and full set of A+ Certification Hardware and Software course manuals.
Significantly, from June 2000 the LearnIT A+ Certification CD will also be provided with gtslearning’s new live mentoring service. This provides students with 24x7 access for one year to "live" tutors who are fully conversant with the course, student chat and other useful online support resources.
