LONDON, ENGLAND – September 17, 2001 – GTSLearning plc, a leading provider of IT courseware content, has today announced that it has become one of the very first recipients of the CompTIA Authorized Quality Curriculum accreditation for A+ Certification courseware.

The new accreditation program, also launched today by CompTIA, evaluates the content of learning materials to ensure that it covers the objectives of the certification exams. GTSLearning’s course materials are one of the first to have been awarded this approval.

John Towsley, CEO of GTSLearning North America, commented: "Our courseware has been created to give students the very best learning experience and we are very pleased that we have become one of the first approved providers. The very latest version underwent stringent testing and evaluation before it was released to our training partners and has subsequently been used to train thousands of students across the world."

"With so many providers of education materials for A+ Certification, we see the launch of the CompTIA Authorized Quality Curriculum program as an extremely positive step in the development of this qualification as a global benchmark for support knowledge and skills."

Towsley added: "The upcoming CompTIA Learning Alliance program will require members to use authorized curriculum for the training experience and we are positioning ourselves as a primary choice for these learning providers. We can claim to be one of the first truly international suppliers of A+ Certification courseware and have seen the market grow to its current levels in three short years. We welcome every initiative that will benefit both the student and the training provider."
