Growth Engineering Unveiled As The ISM’s First Approved Training Partner
Growth Engineering, a company providing learning technologies, have been announced as the first Approved Training Partner (ATP) with the ISM (Institute of Sales Management).
The ISM approached Growth Engineering, recognising their track record of creating engaging and innovative learning solutions, with a view to engage them in providing learning opportunities to the sales people of tomorrow; delivering the ISM’s range of approved training content and qualifications.
The ISM is a professional body committed to developing sales talent via a range of professional and educational resources, and through its sister awarding body, the ISMM, is recognised by Ofqual (the department of Her Majesty’s Government which regulates qualifications, examinations and assessments) for offering a complete range of qualifications exclusively focused on Sales and Sales Management.
Pioneers of the utilisation of gamification and social functionalities in online learning since 2004, Growth Engineering has experienced impressive results. The success of their Academy LMS and Genie, a game-based authoring tool, has enabled organisational change across an international client base.
The company have already enjoyed a long and successful association with the ISM; creating engaging eLearning units for the institute since 2012. The content, designed not only to recognise and develop sales skills, also helps to raise levels of professionalism for sales people across the industry. It has been written to be applicable and relevant to salespeople at all stages of their careers; from those just setting foot on the sales ladder to Key Account Managers and Sales Directors.
The partnership will allow the ISM to provide salespeople across the world access to a range of Ofqual accredited qualifications, through a totally online learning process.
In addition to continuing to provide their online sales training solution as an ISM Approved Training Provider, Growth Engineering will also create a custom-built mobile learning app for the ISM, using their new Knowledge Arcade platform; a microlearning environment designed to fit the lifestyle of the modern learner. Using this revolutionary new system, sales professionals will be able to:
- Access the existing library of accredited ISMM training content (Level 2, 3, 4, 5)
- Complete bitesize training (including tips, quizzes and videos), drip-fed over an extended period
- Continue their sales training through the CPD program directly from the app
- Test and retain their knowledge
- Compete directly with their LinkedIn network
Jack Mizel, CEO of ISM, said of the new partnership: “We’ve always striven to be at the forefront of learning technology when it comes to providing sales training and qualifications. Our online library resources and networking opportunities are already second to none in the industry and this partnership is going to allow us to take our offering to the next level. The ISM’s rationale is to raise the value of sales, and with our partnership with Growth Engineering, who are undoubted leaders in their field, we’re going to be able to demonstrate this on a global scale from now on.”
Growth Engineering’s Managing Director, Juliette Denny, commented: “Partnering with the ISM is a fantastic opportunity for everyone involved! Having already delivered multiple award winning sales training programmes across the globe, we’re excited for the next step in our journey with the ISM. We can’t wait to launch the new app and we're confident that with our shared ethos of bringing out the best in salespeople, we can unleash the potential of business professionals around the globe!”
