GET Global is taking part in the upcoming Learning Technologies 2019 event on 13 and 14 February in London, stand P12, presenting both games.
Blended Learning Simulator allows the player to develop an annual training program aimed at increasing productivity for three different types of employees: newcomers, mid-level and experienced ones providing differentiated approach to each group. The game software calculates the effectiveness of the chosen programme allowing the player to evaluate the actual ROI of different L&D tools.
The aim is to achieve the highest incremental value, competences and motivation growth as a result of people development in the most cost efficient way (L&D ROI).
BLS can be played online with offline training elements experimenting with different L&D tools and different approaches to build the most efficient L&D system. People can have a go at Blended Learning Simulator at: https://tnd.one/en/.
The game provides 23 L&D tools adjustable according to specific L&D systems and instruments, types of competencies in a company and corporate calendar.
BLS will teaches people to: Identify main principles of creating L&D plans; Master the skills of devising L&D programs; Easily use variety of L&D tools
Both, line managers and T&D professionals find BLS an amazing and useful tool. Energizer is all about soft motivation.
Players act as department heads. Using 40 different soft motivation tools they have to build a balanced system of workload and motivation to achieve sustainable high performance of the team in the long run.
By applying cards with motivation options (motivational boosters) the players increase motivation of their virtual teams. Without the boosters motivation drops and the team cannot perform tasks. To use a certain motivator boosters players will need to come up with ideas on how to motivate their real reports.
Skills to develop: Soft motivation; Workload distribution; Performance improvement
GGT's clients say:
”I used a few ideas right after the game and they worked!”
“I saw why my team was lacking the energy to act. Now I understand how to fix it.”
“It is a pity that I did not know about this game before ... I realized that I took on extra tasks instead of engaging the team.”
“This is really a “wow” for managers!”
Mira Almas, the GG founder and CEO, and Earl Lynch, Master Facilitator, will facilitate the demonstration session and explain what is special and unique about the GG Business Games.
