Laurent Balagué, founder and CEO will explain how an ambitious learning strategy can help companies gain the performance edge.

Through pragmatic examples, this expert of learning and evaluation will share best practices to measure learning impact in a useful and scalable way.

forMetris is looking to expand its presence in the UK where they already work with a number of top global companies like L’Oréal, Danone, as well as Kaplan, Accor or Total.

Laurent Balagué explains: “The UK is a very important market for us. We have developed a unique expertise and a very high level of service to fully meet the high level of expectation of clients like Corporate Universities and Training providers.”

The company is expecting a rapid growth and an overall global activity to double within the next three years.

Together with geographical expansion, the company also invests massively on innovative new products.

“Innovation is a key value for us, we invest 15% of our turnover on R&D each year. This year we are launching a unique self-coaching solution aimed at boosting learning application and impact for soft skill programmes."
