Final Call for Entries for the 4th Annual E-Learning Awards

The deadline for entries and submissions for the E-Learning Awards 2008 is Monday 30 June 2008, just 4 weeks away.

e.learning age is taking entries for the E-Learning Awards 2008. The deadline for entries and submissions is Monday 30 June 2008, just 4 weeks away.

The Awards have continued to build on previous successes and last year attracted well over 100 entries from all over the world. This year there are 5 brand new award categories.

The primary objective of the awards is to recognise excellence in the e-learning industry - the programmes, projects and strategies which have enjoyed the greatest success this year.

The gala Awards Evening will take place on Thursday 6 November 2008 at the 5 star Sheraton Park Lane Hotel in central London.

The 13 award categories are:

• Most innovative new product in e-learning
• Most innovative application of learning technology
• Excellence in the production of learning content
• Meeting the needs of compliance for an external regulator or an internal workforce.
• The best e-learning project securing widespread adoption
• Best use of rapid e-learning content
• Best use of synchronous e-learning
• Best online or distance learning project
• Best learning game, simulation or virtual environment
• E-learning project team of the year
• E-learning development company of the year
• E-learning industry award for outstanding achievement - individual
• E-learning industry award for outstanding achievement - corporate
