eCom has been selected as the eLearning developer for a NHS Health Scotland project on 'Improving Health: Developing Effective Practice (IH:DEP)'.

As predicted eCom has started off the New Year in good health. eCom has been selected as the eLearning developer for a NHS Health Scotland project on 'Improving Health: Developing Effective Practice (IH:DEP)'.

The aim of the project is to increase flexibility of learning and access to the current face to face training courses in IH:DEP, through the adoption of a blended learning approach.

By utilising the latest technological developments in the eLearning arena, the materials will offer continuous and reflective learning in the workplace and opportunities for learners to receive regular feedback (forward & back).

eCom Scotland is building the course into NHS Health Scotland's Moodle eLearning virtual learning environment http://elearning.healthscotland.com/. Adopting eCom's authoring system eNetAuthor, eCom will develop bespoke, interactive eLearning content for the project with eNetAuthor allowing Health Scotland to maintain and up-date the content on an on-going basis.

The course will be aimed at a wide variety of staff in Scotland involved in health improvement and tackling health inequalities, from hospital nurses, staff in private nursing homes, teachers, and other allied health workers.

eCom Scotland has the expertise and knowledge to develop and manage the project with our unique skills set, focused on ensuring the client has access to the best resources possible to ensure a quality product.

As with all our projects our clients come back time and time again to work with the eCom team
