BroadSkill, the UK's largest supplier of freelance trainers and a major IT solutions provider, today announced that it has been certified ISO9001 compliant following a detailed review of is processes and systems.

BroadSkill decided to go for certification for two reasons firstly to audit our current processes and to ensure we continually review these against what our customers need in order to support our ongoing rapid growth. Secondly, more and more customers, especially in the public sector, demand proof that a potential supplier is well organised to meet their demands and ISO9001 is one such standard that is commonly recognised as that proof. The benefit of having ISO9001 is that all our team have access to simple documented processes which allow them to do what we say we will do and then prove that we have done it hence meeting our customer's expectation. In today's business climate as a SME company you need to be able to respond quicker than your competitors with a creative solution that meets the customers specific need and this is what we aim to achieve at BroadSkill.

Kay Fletcher, Operations Director at BroadSkill, said: "This is an important milestone for our company. We have always been proud of the service we offer to our clients and now with the award of ISO9001 this has been confirmed by outside experts who are used to judging service on a daily basis in a wide variety of industries. With only around 3% of UK business holding this certificate, BroadSkill are now at the forefront of quality service and customer care".
