The Leadership Hub is the trading name for Phil Dourado Business Communications Ltd's leadership development system for large companies. The company created the world's first open online leadership community of practice, The Leadership Hub, on the web in 2007.

The Leadership Hub system that the company develops and builds for large companies is a new form of learning that emerged from Dourado's work with Compass Group and other large organizations, from his research into networking to share leadership practice as Chief Learning Officer at the Inspired Leaders Network, and from his two books published by John Wiley & Sons - Seven Secrets of Inspired Leaders (2005), and The 60 Second Leader (2007).

His first book synthesised the learning from some of the world's most inspiring high-achieving leaders, who came together in The Inspired Leaders Network.

In his second book, Dourado was the first to distil and filter 'micro-lessons' in leadership - as they are now known in the Learning & Development industry - based on the new reality that people do not have time to navigate and then apply the vast amount of leadership learning that was and is being churned out as 'leadership' replaces 'management' on the corporate agenda of 'must haves' in organizations of all sizes.

Dourado brought together the two principles of (1) networking to define, develop and share great leadership practice, plus (2) condensing the learning into bitesize easily applicable stimuli and outputs for time-poor leaders, to create The Leadership Hub leadership development system.

Phil Dourado Business Communications has a team of six employees, associates and programmers. Their London Office is based at Hampton Court.
