Refract makes coaching and frequent feedback easier and more effective. Record or upload video or audio, tagging moments of a timeline with customized tags, comments and optionally scores.
Refract was born from our own experiences. Developing a coaching culture with regular feedback is hard without the right tools. Giving feedback isn’t easy and receiving it can be just as hard. We wanted to help managers, peers, observers and trainers have maximum impact on performance, where time is always a premium. That’s why we built Refract.
Our web-based platform and dedicated apps allow users anywhere to record, upload and review video, on any device. As well as capturing data on individual performance, dashboards display trends and insight across a campaign, group or organization. Privileges and sub-accounts can allow multiple departments or clients to use Refract with autonomy.
