PhoneCoach was founded when trainers working for its sister training business were looking for a way to get delegates to practice telephone skills for courses on telephone techniques and telesales. As nothing was available PhoneCoach designed a kit. PhoneCoach equipment is used by trainers in every industry sector, and it is also available in the USA and Europe.
