Glasstap provides a range of subscription based tools to both professional trainers, (www.glasstap.com) and line managers (www.managerslibrary.com) including a library of pre-tested experiential training activities, complete with trainer's notes, handouts and everything else needed to deliver engaging, powerful training.

Glasstap was established in 2000 by experienced trainers Rod Webb and Craig Worcester. The company has been developed around core passions: To be Innovative, Customer Oriented and Socially Responsible. Trainers’ Library was launched in 2003. In 2015, Glasstap launched its innovative Managers’ Library service (www.managerslibrary.com) designed to help managers become better leaders.

Glasstap’s core services are provided through a subscription-based membership and the company currently has members in more than 50 countries.

Glasstap first gained IIP status in 2005 and achieved Gold status in 2011. Since 2007, all of the electricity used by Glasstap’s Alston office has come from renewable sources (e.g., wind, wave, solar). This has enabled Glasstap to reduce their carbon emissions by about 10,000kg per year.

Since March 2008, all materials used to package Trainers’ Market orders have been recycled – even the bubble wrap. And in 2012 we went from using 99% recycled materials, to 100% by replacing the tape used to seal the boxes with an environmentally friendlier alternative.

Glasstap has offset all of the carbon dioxide emissions from its business activity through co2balance’s Ukunda (EA) Energy Efficient Stoves Project.

Glasstap has created sustainable, technology based jobs in a remote rural area, creating new opportunities for local people, and helping to keep the local community alive.
