Kallidus, the leading provider of learning and talent management solutions, will be highlighting the importance of talent management at next week’s World of Learning Conference and Exhibition through an insightful conference presentation and a complimentary whitepaper available at Stand E50.

As one of the opening speakers at the conference, Rob Caul, CEO of Kallidus, will be exploring the need for more effective talent management practices in today’s global economy where competition for scarce talent has become fiercer than ever.

Rob’s presentation - Strategising for a talent centric organisation – takes place at 9.10am on 1 October 2013 in the main conference hall. Key areas that Rob will cover include the need to prepare today’s managers for tomorrow’s leadership roles and the importance of transferring key knowledge and skills from those retiring to younger generations in the workplace.

Said Rob Caul, CEO of Kallidus: “The War for Talent is beginning to intensify once again as the economy slowly recovers and coupled with this is a spike in the number of Baby Boomers leaving the workplace taking with them vital knowledge and skills. While talent management has become a top priority for many organisations, research shows talent management practices need to be more effective to future-proof organisational growth and success. Kallidus is committed to helping companies address these challenges.”

To accompany Rob’s presentation, Kallidus will have a complimentary whitepaper titled Closing the Talent Gap: 8 Steps to Optimise your Talent Pipeline available to collect from Stand E50.

During both days of the exhibition, Kallidus will be showcasing the latest version of the Kallidus Learning & Talent Suite, an enterprise wide modular software solutions which integrates learning, performance, talent management and succession planning, as well as its consultancy capabilities and examples of its award winning e-learning content.
