vLearning Solutions, provider of vLXP learner experience platform, invites L&D Leaders attending Learning Live (4-5 September) to see how its interactive learning methods are integrated with self-directed learning to create transformational learner experiences.

A rapid implementation, web-based LXP shows how to quickly unify interactive learning methods, digital learning resources, third party learning content and formal learning activities into effective, compelling learner experiences.

The interactive Learner Experience Builder will allow delegates to design learner experiences combining dynamic mixes of learning methods and content, including team collaborations, peer review, video, coaching, mentoring, social networking tools, assessments and much more.

The Learner Experience Builder is the reflection of vLS’s philosophy that the real opportunity of technology support to L&D is to fully integrate interactive methods and content. As Mark Rees, Director Client Engagement, explains: “This year at Learning Live we are really looking forward to showing delegates how they can hit the learning sweet spot by building better learner experiences from their interactive methods and digital content. We have created the interactive Learner Experience Builder to show our vLXP concept in execution.

“We are in a fast-moving industry where new learning technologies can be complex, costly and hugely time-consuming to implement. The interactive builder will show delegates how quick and easy it is to significantly improve learner engagement by unifying all methods and content to give their learners what they want.”

“The simplicity of the vLXP, in tandem with the fact that it works with, and extends, the learning activities and content that our delegates currently use, means that the opportunity for transformation is here and now.”

This approach offers workers what they say helps them most to learn: collaboration; manager support; mentoring and coaching; web resources; and instructor-led facilitation (ref. Towards Maturity – “How Modern Workers Learn 2019”).

The team will be highlighting executions that have been applied to the delegates’ crowd-sourced agenda of top challenges including leadership development, coaching, content curation and self-directed learning.

There will be illustrations of successes in digital learning transformation from various organisations in areas as diverse as sales academies, leadership portals, remote onboarding and even engaging compliance.

A chance to see how to move from conceptualisation to execution.
