Vivid Learning Systems Streamlines Nexant's Compliance Training
Vivid Learning Systems recently closed a deal with Nexant, a provider of intelligent grid software and clean energy solutions – pioneering, developing, and advancing electric power grid and alternative energy technologies and services, to streamline their compliance training.
When Nexant was faced with a major challenge to deliver consistent training for office staff and engineering personnel, they wanted a solution that was centralized and easy to administer and deliver to employees. Not only did they want consistent training, but like any company, they wanted to improve the productivity of their employees, drastically reducing the amount of time it took to administer, track and report training.
They recognized the need for a new approach, and a new training program that could help them achieve a more efficient way to train their employees in a timely, yet effective, manner. They wanted a streamlined training program that was able to provide tracking and reporting for all classroom activities, and deliver a consistent training package to employees.
By streamlining their compliance training program with courses from Vivid Learning Systems’ OSHA library, Nexant tackled the challenge, and then rolled-out the OSHA courses through an LMS.
