Creators of THRIVE, the revolutionary learning and communication platform, today announced a range of policy changes including the introduction of flexible working for employees.

These positive changes come as a result of supporting equal opportunities for employees and a successful period of home working where despite recent unprecedented market challenges, THRIVE generated record sales. New clients include the likes of Nandos, Sumo Digital, Sky, Holland & Barrett, Engine Group and more.

Work from anywhere

THRIVE has rolled out a work from anywhere policy to empower their team to think and work wherever they feel most productive. The innovative company still has plans to open their offices when it’s safe to do so, but will continue to give employees the option to work from where they choose. Sean Reddington, CEO at THRIVE commented:

“We all need to stop calling it ‘work from home’ and start calling it ‘work from anywhere.’ This time has taught us that it doesn’t matter where you work, it’s all about trust,”

Working from anywhere will create a world of talent opportunities for THRIVE too, no longer will postcode, location demographics and commuting be barriers to new recruitment. This means THRIVE is able to provide more job opportunities to a wider pool of talent with different backgrounds and experience.

Flexible hours

Traditional office hours (9am-5:30pm) have been removed from employee contracts to support an objective focussed approach to working.

This period of mandatory home working has demonstrated that traditional office hours and working environments aren’t required to achieve success and the team at THRIVE will continue to provide first-class support to clients as usual.

Tim Nicholls, Customer Support at THRIVE commented:

“I really appreciate the positive changes THRIVE has made to their people policy! The support team will always go above and beyond to ensure our clients have the best experience possible and nothing will change that.”

Unmonitored and unlimited holiday

Additionally, THRIVE has introduced unlimited and unmonitored annual leave which means people of all religious backgrounds can take time off for holidays and events that are important to them.

Sean Reddington, CEO at THRIVE commented on THRIVE’s new flexibility and trust model:

“We want THRIVE to be the best place to work. We’re rolling out these new policies to put our people first and hope more companies in our industry do the same.”
