Corporate learning: How employees can actively contribute to long-term success

BerlinLearning NewsOEB Exhibition

For the 8th time, software producer TechSmith will attend the Online Educa Berlin and show their solutions for creating video tutorials, Camtasia and Snagit. Anton Bollen, IT and education expert at TechSmith, is available for talk and background information at TechSmith’s booth C110.

Sharing knowledge and offer trainings for employees is essential to a company’s long-term success. However, due to time pressure and the high effort required, trainings often cannot be implemented appropriately.

Anton Bollen explains: „To implement learning concepts that have a long-lasting effect, it is crucial to actively involve employees in the tutorials from the very beginning. For example, employees can create multimedia content that will be used for the tutorials. Using efficient, intuitive tools, each employee is able to actively contribute to the sharing of knowledge within their company.”

Expert Panel on the integration of learning contents

How to successfully implement this concept and how video can help with it will be discussed during Session BUS63 “Capturing Attention” on Friday, Dec. 4, 14.30-16.00h at the Online Educa. Casson McRae, Learning Technologies Business Partner at Virgin Media, will attend the discussion as well as Matthew Pierce, Training and Development Manager at TechSmith.
