European leader in learning evaluation forMetris pursues an ambitious growth strategy in the UK. For the second time this year, they present at one of the major L&D events: the CIPD Learning and Development Show.

Laurent BALAGUÉ, founder and CEO, presenting at the show, explains how learning professionals should adapt their evaluation strategies to the fast-changing environment. In particular, this expert of learning and evaluation shares some insights in looking at learning impact in a context where informal learning takes over.

forMetris is looking to expand its presence in the UK where they already work with a number of top global companies like L’Oréal, Danone, as well as Kaplan, Accor or Total. Laurent BALAGUÉ explains: “We believe these clients trust us for the unique expertise we have developed but also for the high standard service we provide.”

But forMetris does not intend on stopping here. The company who invests massively on R&D each year has just launched a new self-coaching solution aimed at boosting learning application and impact for soft skills programmes. Laurent Balagué adds: “Innovation is part of our DNA, we strongly believe this new solution will have a great impact on the way people use learning. The first results are impressive and it is with great ambition that we bring it to the UK market.”

ForMetris will be at the CIPD Learning and Development show in London on May 10 & 11 2017 on Stand n° 320.
