Training software firm, Enterprise Study has announced an enhancement to the Policy and Verification Manager software whereby businesses can manage their culture of compliance; making it the first software of its kind.
A specialist in cloud-based learning management systems has enhanced their Policy and Verification Manager to assist in building a culture of compliance within the workplace, ensuring safe and proper running of all businesses that utilise it.
The Verification and Policy Manager, launched by Enterprise Study (www.enterprisestudy.com), can be used in a variety of scenarios; whether following health & safety procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, checking staff or student qualifications & prerequisites or simply wanting to ensure that induction processes are followed to the company standards.
The software system will enable management teams to review and approve work completed by staff, distribute policies and related communications and manage and report on policy exceptions. In addition to this, the software offers training, awareness and document management and assessment from both parties, administrator or user; to encourage active participation and responsibility in the workforce. Users are also able to receive notification emails and alerts, complete with completion and expiry dates. The system is designed to be fully user-friendly, delivering what is needed by all members of the team that may use it.
