Enterprise Study has announced new learning content partner, Vado, which is now publishing its video and E-Learning content to The Learning Network, a rapidly expanding portal of over 5,000 training courses from multiple suppliers.

Based in Minneapolis, Vado chose Enterprise Study in light of its recent requirement to have its video and E-Learning content distributed to a far broader market. The award-winning company’s catalogue comprises of bespoke learning courses designed to help organizations take action to develop competencies, increase engagement, and quickly on-board and socialize new employees.

Vado’s content will now be available through The Learning Network (TLN), a product unique to Enterprise Study providing real financial efficiency for both training suppliers and buyers alike. Not only will Vado benefit from reaching a broader audience with its course catalogue, the company will now be able to identify high areas of demand to optimise its sales and reduce overheads. The Learning Network is free to join and training providers have evidenced significant ROI in administrative time with accurate audit trails, automated communications and efficient payment collection methods.

“We are pleased to partner with Enterprise Study to provide our unique learning content that is changing the face of learning,” comments Cindy Pascale, Vado’s CEO. “We offer learning content in five areas: Competency Development, Project Management, Engagement and Retention, Career Development and Onboarding. Our learning content is delivered in small bite sized chunks to maximize learning retention. Additionally, all courses include a step by step Implementation Guide leveraging the natural way people learn—on the job. Finally, Vado offers Mapping as a Service where, on a complimentary basis, we will map our learning content to a client’s competency model, engagement survey, turnover drivers, an instructor led workshop, or any learning objective a company is looking to develop.”

Henry Jodrell, Managing Director of Enterprise Study also comments: “The Learning Network is rapidly growing to become the international tool of choice to source and manage 3rd party training be it; classroom, virtual classroom, video or E-Learning and digital games.  Providing the information to buyers that enables them to compare courses, prices, locations and dates as well as media options, ensures an informed choice can quickly be reached, saving time and money.  The breadth of training providers available through The Learning Network has allowed procurement departments and providers of learning managed services to deliver great efficiency in support of an organisation’s internal training capability often managed through an LMS.  We are delighted the award winning VADO courses are now available through The Learning Network.”
