To cater to the ever changing needs and requirements of its customer base, Enterprise Study has worked rigorously over the past few months to deliver a comprehensive tool to significantly drive workforce performance.

Today, it is well understood that the investment in a regular appraisal system to enhance employee motivation and satisfaction can create a firm foundation for organisations to be successful in the current marketplace. The new ES Appraisal Manager module now automates this process ensuring employers are receiving absolute efficiency from their workforce, whilst keeping disruption to everyday business operations to a minimum.

As an easy to use electronic process, Appraisal Manager can be switched on as part of the configurable ES Learning Management System (LMS) and enables all staff reviews to be managed online, negating the need for a multitude of paper based appraisal forms and documentation.  With the use of a simple dashboard interface, both the line manager and the employee can continuously review individual performance and are automatically notified when the next scheduled appraisal is due. Line managers can also benefit from an assortment of self-defined appraisal templates, allowing them to tailor the appraisal depending on the role of the employee against organisational objectives.

Paramount to the success of this new module is the coaching element, as Appraisal Manager fully supports individual training activity including Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and Continued Professional Development (CPD) for training undertaken outside of the workplace, allowing employees to become more effective within their job role. Similarly, High Performing Individuals (HPI’s) for Talent Management programmes can also be easily identified by the line manager with the use of detailed performance reporting capability.

In addition, Appraisal Manager can be connected to the ES Compliance Manager tool to give line managers a complete view of team compliance and certification levels alongside reports on assessment progress.

Henry Jodrell, Managing Director at Enterprise Study, and strong advocate of appraisal management, is delighted with the new development: “At Enterprise Study we recognise that regular appraisals are an integral part of enabling a high culture of performance, as well as supporting an organisations recruitment and induction strategy. This module has had extensive input from our clients and many are already starting to evidence clear ROI by investing in a more structured appraisal system which in turn assists the coaching of their workforce”.
