The event is key part of the Great Ormond Learning and development (GOLD) initiative designed to encourage and broadcast new and exciting ways of learning within the NHS and other healthcare environments.

Commented GOSH’s Learning Innovations Lead Cat Oxley, "The first event run just over a year ago was a great success with people attending from all over the UK. As a result of that success, we have doubled the size of the event, which should enable us to give some real insights into learning innovations in the NHS."

Don Taylor will be chairing the event. Ascot Communications is producing the event on Great Ormond Street’s behalf. Commented Ascot’s Martin Belton. "One of the reasons that the event is so strong is because we have had some great commitment from Great Ormond Street to make this a real ‘blue riband’ learning opportunity. We’re also delighted to be able to hold it at the UCL Institute in Bloomsbury which promises to provide a great environment to network and make new friends."

GOSHLIC 2015 will have its own mobile app for all attendees with all the key event information about the presenters. Users will be able to chat online with other attendees and speakers to get even more out of this great event. After the conference attendees will also be able to access all the presentations featured in the conference for personal reference.
