The company will be demonstrating the technology on stand M10 at Europe’s leading event for workplace learning technology, which takes place at Olympia 2 London on 3rd-4th February 2016.
Advanced’s HCM offering includes payroll processing solution, OpenPeople, and OpenHR which covers all aspects of HR from appraisals and development, to absence and benefits management. OpenLMS (Learning Management System) makes it easy for organisations to manage public, onsite, in-house and online training as well as room bookings, and now integrates with the HCM software.
The product suite provides customers with a fully integrated, learning and talent management solution. The solutions can be customised according to an organisation’s requirements, and existing OpenHR and OpenPeople users will be able to deploy OpenLMS as an additional module.
