Kallidus will be highlighting the importance of talent agility at World of Learning next week with a thought-provoking opening conference presentation from CEO Rob Caul. A complimentary business agility insight guide will also be available from Kallidus.

In his opening seminar ‘Strategising for Future Performance,’ Rob will emphasise the importance of an agile and integrated approach to talent management within an organisation. Drawing from various case studies, he’ll offer best practice solutions to today’s and tomorrow’s key talent challenges. The presentation takes place 9.10am-10.10am on 30 September 2014, in the main conference hall at the NEC and will cover the following key areas:

  • Developing organisation capability to achieve growth ambitions
  • Instilling a culture of learning and collaboration
  • Creating high performance teams
  • Identifying and supporting future leaders

Said Rob Caul, CEO of Kallidus: “The ability to effectively identify, develop and retain global talent is critical to competing and succeeding in today’s dynamic global marketplace. I’m looking forward to raising awareness of the need for organisations to embrace a more agile and integrated approach to talent management with the right people, processes and technology in place to ensure a faster response to the rapidly changing needs of their business.”

Kallidus’s new business agility guide, ‘Integrating Learning, Performance and Talent to Achieve Organisational Agility,’ will accompany Rob’s presentation. It provides information on the importance of achieving organisational agility, the role of process integration, and practical steps to integrate learning, performance and talent management for long-term success.

During both days of the exhibition, Kallidus will be showcasing the latest version of its innovative Learning & Talent Suite, a modular software system bringing together learning, performance, talent management and succession planning. The team will also offer insight into their consultancy capabilities and award winning e-learning content for today’s increasingly mobile workplace.
