Kallidus scoops e-learning industry award for outstanding achievement – corporate and e-learning designer of the year - Mark Bennett, Kallidus

Kallidus (previously e2train), the leading provider of learning and talent management solutions, has won two prestigious E-Learning Awards at this year’s Gala Evening which took place at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square on 8 November 2012. Kallidus won the e-learning industry award for outstanding achievement – corporate, with judges calling Kallidus “a British success story”, as well as the e-learning designer of the year which was scooped by one of the company’s leading designers Mark Bennett.

Now in their eighth year, The E-Learning Awards celebrate industry excellence and are organised and presented by e.learning age and judged by an independent judging panel.

Kallidus won the corporate award for outstanding achievement in recognition of how the company has transformed the e-learning industry during the last decade, by making e-learning accessible to mid-market organisations in the UK through the provision of its award winning Kallidus software and world-class content development, customer service and support. The award recognises the company’s customer-focused approach, strong leadership vision, dramatic growth and business excellence with year-on-year profitable growth.

Mark Bennett is the first person to win the e-learning designer of the year award, a new category for this year which recognises high quality and effective learning design over a number of years and across a portfolio of projects. The judges described Mark as “original and innovative,…. delivering projects that match client’s requirements and exceed their expectations”.

Said Rob Caul, CEO of Kallidus:

“We are delighted to have won two highly sought after E-Learning Awards this year particularly in light of such a strong shortlist and record levels of entry. It is very heartening to achieve this level of recognition for the high-quality innovative solutions we deliver to our customers. I would like to thank Mark Bennett and all of our employees for their commitment and contribution to our business success as well as our customers for their continued support – these awards are for them as much as us.”

This year’s E-Learning Awards ceremony represents another year of success for Kallidus. Past awards have included the Gold Award for Excellence in the production of learning content within the public sector in 2010 for the company’s innovative work with Gloucester Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

These awards really are the icing on the cake for us as they come on the back of another successful year of profitable growth and a successful rebranding programme which conveys our learning, performance and talent management capabilities and solutions approach to consultancy, technology and service excellence,” concluded Rob Caul.
