InSync Training has recently been certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE). To qualify for WBENC certification, a business must prove, among other things, that: Majority control/ownership (at least 51%) belongs to a woman, and that a woman holds the highest office in the company, and is active in daily management and strategic direction.

October 26, 2017 -- InSync Training, LLC, the leading provider of blended learning and virtual training design and delivery, is proud to announce national certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

"We have always been proud to be a women-owned and operated business," said Jennifer Hofmann, President of InSync Training. "As a WBENC certified company, we join an elite group of woman-owned companies making a difference in the business world. For our clients, this means that we’ve got the documentation to prove that you’re working with a certified WBE. This is significant if your company has a supplier diversity program, or if you’re trying to win a contract with a government agency."

WBENC’s national standard of certification is a meticulous process including an in-depth review of the business and site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a woman or women.

By including women-owned businesses among their suppliers, corporations and government agencies demonstrate their commitment to fostering diversity and the continued development of their supplier diversity programs.
