Henry Jodrell who has previously held the role will continue his hands on involvement stepping up to take the role of Chairman and Mike Cheeseman, the current Chairman and founder of QA, one of the country’s largest training providers, will continue to support the Board as a non-executive Director of the company.

“Enterprise Study’s commitment to developing new products and functionality are incredibly exciting as is the opportunity to lead the company in this phase of growth.” quotes Shona Fletcher.

In addition to Shona joining, the company welcomes two new senior developers to support the team led by Steve Hurcombe, Chief Technology Officer. “The opportunities that user-friendly technology offers in the area of developing skills and capability underpinned by good compliance and reporting really allows organisations to support their staff, and it is great to see that the cloud-based solution we offer is being adopted across so many industries and now globally.” says Steve.  He goes on to say that “Shona joining the team will help us to ensure we continue to deliver happy customers and build a strategy that ensures we maintain our steady growth, leading the company in a caring and passionate way.”

Henry Jodrell quotes “our customers’ ideas and challenges are so important to shaping Enterprise Study’s future strategy and bringing in Shona to lead the team will ensure that we go forward with the customer at the heart of everything we do”.

Enterprise Study launches VITAL, its new revalidation product for the healthcare sector, in October 2015.

EDITOR’S NOTES

The heritage of Enterprise Study dates (ES) back to the early noughties. The goal of ES was to make it easy for buyers and sellers of training to transact in harmony, in a cost effective way (even before the term e-commerce was invented!). The company continually innovate, whilst delivering a powerful suite of learning, compliance and talent management tools to support organisations from the small (training provider with 5-6 employees) to the big (a managed learning contract with 450,000 staff).

From day one, ES has been hosted with Rackspace, one of the world’s leading datacentre providers, and was designed to be easily accessible. The security and resilience of the hosted environment allows the company to provide the highest levels of system availability and data security, which gives great comfort to new and existing customers. The company’s mantra is that they don’t just supply the service and step back – they pride themselves on having happy and loyal customers. This is underpinned by their 6 core values: Accessible, Innovative, Sustainable, Integrity, Expertise and Desirable.

ES believe new technology should be introduced carefully and explained in ‘non-techie’ terms. They encourage and nurture a modern, accessible and professional culture, which is continuously reflected in satisfaction surveys and client testimonials.
